Tammy Dooley
Executive Director

I am so excited to be a part of the amazing ministry of Options and to partner with our communities to share a message of love, hope and the sanctity of life! I’ve called the Albany/Corvallis area home for over 20 years. My family moved here in 2005 to plant a church, and throughout that time, I’ve worked on the business side of nonprofit organizations. My heart and passion have always been to reflect the love of Jesus in real, tangible ways, meeting people right where they are and walking alongside them with compassion. Since joining the ministry at Options, I’ve had the honor and joy of learning more about the needs of women in our community and witnessing firsthand the incredible love and support that Options provides. Each day, as I continue to learn and grow, I find myself even more proud of who we are and what we do. As a team, we’ve been prayerfully asking God how we can extend our reach and save even more lives. I am truly honored to serve in a ministry with such a dedicated board of directors, staff, volunteers, and donors. Tammy can be reached at tammy@optionsprc.org.
Leslie
R.N., Clinic Director

For the past 22 years, I have worked as a nurse in the hospital setting providing care for mothers and babies, predominantly in labor and delivery. After years of working 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays I had been feeling called to make a change in my career and find a more faith affirming position. After much prayer and some leading from the Lord I learned about the position of Clinic Director at Options and knew this is where I was meant to be. I grew up in Central Oregon and moved to the Willamette Valley in 2005 after my husband and I were married. We now have two high school aged girls who keep us busy with sports, 4-H, and drama productions. When I’m not in the office I enjoy sewing, trail running, hiking, and being outdoors. I’m excited that I get to call Options home.
Brandi
Executive Assistant

I have been working at Options since 2019. I have been passionate about the pregnancy center ministry since I was a teenager. I feel very blessed that God has allowed me to work here. I love my job and I love the people I work with. I do a variety of things here at Options including bookkeeping, event planning, fundraising and a variety of administrative tasks. I enjoy answering the phone to make appointments on occasion or jumping in to chaperone an ultrasound as these give me an opportunity to interact with patients. I have two adult children and two grandchildren that I adore. My husband is the lead pastor at a church here in Albany that we planted in 2019, Northside Christian Church. We have been extremely blessed by an amazing church family even as we planted this church in the middle of Covid. When I am not at work I enjoy time with my family, engaging in church activities, taking a walk with my dog or having coffee with a friend.
Anna
Patient Care Coordinator

I believe God brought me to Options at this specific time in my life. I have always had a strong belief that life is sacred and that every child is a gift from God. I began as a volunteer translating for the Spanish speaking patients in 2021. Once I began being in and around the women in the clinic, I new that it would be a good place to work. When an opportunity came to join the staff, I did not hesitate to apply. One blessing of being here at Options is seeing all the babies on the ultrasound screen! I get emotional every single time. I love the hear of each woman I work with and look forward to coming to “work” everyday!
Mariah
Administrative Assistant

I have worked at Options Pregnancy Resource Centers for 4 years. I am the Administrative Assistant and I fill in as Patient Advocate when needed. I enjoy getting to walk alongside women during a major life event and helping to educate them on resources and programs available to them in our community. The staff here are all very friendly, encouraging and supportive of one another. I have 4 children and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 12 years. Outside of work I enjoy baking and going on adventures with my family. I really want people to know that Options is a clinic full of caring staff members who want to help educate and comfort women in crisis.

Louise
R.N., Staff Nurse
I have been working at Options for 5 years. I go over the patient’s health histories, run pregnancy tests, and perform ultrasounds. I get to follow-up with patients periodically throughout their pregnancies, seeing how things are going and if they need anything. If we can offer them something here, like a model ultrasound or more prenatal vitamins, great! I really enjoy the patient interactions. Some women have been wanting to be pregnant for a long time, while others were not expecting or desiring to find themselves pregnant. It is a privilege to talk with all of them. For those who get the results they were hoping, it is wonderful to share their joy! And for those who are disappointed, it is humbling to be able to offer what support and encouragement I can. I have wanted to help women facing unexpected pregnancies since I was about 16 years old. The path that God placed me on then was not always clear, but He showed me the next steps as He was ready for me to see them. Now, I not only get to help women like I have longed to do for so long, but I also get to work alongside lovely Christian women who are just as passionate about helping these mothers and their babies as I am! Outside of Options, I enjoy music and teach a few private piano lessons each week. I also enjoy reading and sewing and doing various outdoor activities with my husband!I want people to know that here at Options our hope is that everyone who comes to visit us will leave feeling encouraged, empowered, and equipped for the challenges that they are facing in life.
Debbie
R.N., Staff Nurse

I have been a nurse manager here at Options for 6 years. I perform pregnancy tests & ultrasound exams to confirm pregnancy, detect fetal cardiac activity and determine gestational age. I share information regarding the options available and I assist with community resource and physician referrals and give moral support to families, contacting them periodically throughout their pregnancy and after delivery. I have had a heart for children my whole life and feel so blessed to be at Options working with women in our community as they discover new life. I enjoy working with a group of inspiring women who encourage me to be better. I feel so privileged to be part of life changing moments of the women in our community, to be able to rejoice or offer comfort depending on the circumstances and experience the wonder and miracle of imago dei in utero life!
I am the mother of three adult children and am a grandmother! I love gardening, traveling, and reading. I breed cavapoo dogs. I’m blessed to have my children and siblings live nearby and feel that time spent with family is my favorite way to spend a day.
Kelsey
Patient Care Coordinator

After leaving my previous job in order to attend a five-week Bible school intensive, I was praying for God to provide a job for me and for opportunities to share Jesus with my community. God answered both prayers in one with providing a job for me here at Options! I appreciate working in an environment that values life and sharing the love of Jesus with those who walk through our doors. And, as a patient advocate, I’m getting to utilize my counseling degree, which is a bonus! It is an honor to hear our patient’s stories, to pray for them, and to support them during these significant milestones in their lives. When I’m not at Options, you’ll find me writing devotionals and teen fiction, going to Crossfit, or gardening.
Abby
R.N., Staff Nurse

I am so excited to be part of a great team of believers on a mission to help women in this community. It is so fulfilling to use my degree as a registered nurse at a job that aligns with my values. It never gets old watching women see their baby through ultrasound or hear their baby’s precious heartbeat for the first time! I am happy to bring my knowledge and skills from years of nursing to this special role here at Options. In my spare time I like to act like a true Oregonian and go hiking in the rain while foraging for mushrooms, spending weekend getaways a the Coast, and e-biking with my husband on a new trail. Did I mention I’m a foodie who is always up to try a new dish? Oh yes, and I look forward to my new adventure and career with Options Pregnancy Resource Center.
